This week in class was very informative we had to go over a few things to prepare for our Midterm meeting, such as:
Work has been super stressful, so stressful that I think about it during my home time which is something I normally don't do, typically I am able to leave work frustration at work.
Working with children is a very tiring job on its own without the help of my fellow coworkers, but lately I guess they decided they needed to be tiring and childish as well.
To be vague so far since Monday, yes I know that was only yesterday I have had
- Make sure our website is up to par with the standards of the course meaning that it all pertains to writing and our writer identity.
- Need to make sure our portfolio is all tied up and ready for grading
- which is really stressful even though I have some descent content I would have liked to do more revising on past blog posts but it has been difficult for me because I’m putting more effort into my more recent posts, I don’t want my current blog posts to suffer because I am revising old ones, to me that wouldn’t make sense.
- We scheduled our midterm meetings. Check out our Midterm checklist HERE.
- Mine is on Thursday 10/22 at 7pm, I picked this time because on a typical Thursday I would have had class anyway, so it doesn’t interfere with my schedule.

- A substitute teacher attempt to leave the fourth grade class she was attending by themselves to move her car! That is a no on so many levels.
- I have had two major arguments between a PCA (personal care assistants) and their assigned student, arguing with students is never a productive thing to do.
- A bus driver who refused to move the bus until the kids stopped talking completely, complete silence on a school bus after the bus is 40mins late picking them up from school is an impossible task.
- A bus driver who screamed at a parent who not only screamed back at him, understandably, but came to the school the next morning and screamed at me, she called and apologized later.
